- Vendor Registration Form
- Signed and Dated IRS Form W-9
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) with Town of Knightdale named as an additional insured
- For formal purchase (>$90,000) and construction (>$500,000) contracts, an E-Verify Affidavit.
VENDOR SELECTION
Vendors will be selected on a competitive basis. Formal bids, informal bids, or telephone quotations will be solicited. Bid awards will be issued to the lowest responsible, responsive, bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time of delivery, and service history.
