The purpose of the Town of Knightdale Community Survey is:
- To objectively assess resident satisfaction with the delivery of major Town services;
- To help determine priorities for the community;
- To set a baseline for future surveys; and
- To compare the Town's performance with other communities regionally and nationally.
The seven-page survey took approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and was administered by mail and online distribution to randomly selected sample of Town residents. 400 surveys were completed with a margin of error at +/- 5% at the 95% level of confidence.
The Survey was conducted by The ETC Institute of Olathe, Kansas.
