Outside the Box Fitness

Outside The Box Fitness offers 60 minute in-person workouts that are structured and trainer led. They also offer a self-selecting option, which allows you to select your own workout and challenges to improve in the areas that are important to you. Both options encourage community and improving your functional fitness level with lots of support and help when you need it.
