The Community Resources Unit (CRU) is a team of officers who serve in our local schools, oversee community outreach, and other community-oriented services. Unit functions include events planning and logistics, community engagement, public education, victim and witness assistance, and crisis intervention to name a few. The department continues to actively participate and seek out opportunities to strengthen relationships, increase transparency, and foster meaningful dialogue with our citizens.
