David Salmon was born on February 4, 1948, in Johnston County, NC. He honorably served his country in the US Army 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles and was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries he sustained during his service time. David retired from Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals with 36 years of service and operated the family business, Earp's Seafood Market, for over 15 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
