Town Council approved a Planned Unit Development rezoning request to develop a third phase of the Haywood Glen subdivision. The third phase is located on the 22.9 acre parcel across Old Knight Rd., directly west of Haywood Glen Phases 1 and 2. The plan contains 78 lots of single-family homes, with a a mix of both front and alley loaded homes. Homes are actively under construction.
