Town Council approved a request to rezone two sites totaling 11.26 acres at Carolinian Ave/Knightdale Blvd and Morning Flyer Way/Knightdale Blvd to Neighborhood Mixed Use Planned Unit Development (NMX PUD) to allow for the development of 53,000 square feet of retail and office across seven buildings. The development of retail space is required within the Knightdale Station neighborhood.
