EP Mart Redevelopment (ZMA-13-21)

Town Council approved a Conditional District rezoning for the redevelopment of the gas station at 7604 Knightdale Blvd was submitted. The site is just over two acres and features a new 6,600 square foot single-story building and gas canopy.
