Forestville Village Planned Unit Development (ZMA-8-20)

On May 19, 2021, the Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan for Forestville Village, an approximately 56 acre development at the corner of Old Knight and Forestville Roads. The land was rezoned from Rural Transition (RT) to Neighborhood Mixed Use Planned Unit Development (NMX PUD). The approval allows for 80-100 single-family lots and up to 190 townhomes, as well as a non-residential lot at the intersection of Old Knight and Forestville Roads.
