Hopkins Farm (ZMA-7-24)

McAdams, on behalf of Lennar Corporation, has submitted a development proposal to rezone one parcel of land, consisting of approximately 52.5 acres, on the north side of Poole Road between Bethlehem Road and Hoppy Hill Drive, from Rural Transition (RT) District to GR8 Planned Unit Development (GR8 PUD). The proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning features a total of 169 residential units (94 single-family detached & 75 townhomes). This proposal requires Town Council consideration and approval.
