Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone a 3.89 acre outparcel on Farmwell Road to Manufacturing & Industrial-Planned Unit Development. This proposal will add approximately 34,000 square feet of additional retail, office, and manufacturing space to the Knightdale Gateway development.
