Legacy Oaks Planned Unit Development (ZMA-3-21)

On June 16, 2021, the Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan for a residential and commercial/retail site in the Legacy Oaks development. The plans feature 52,900 square feet of office and retail space, a 110 room hotel, and 338 residential lots, including townhomes and single-family homes. The request included rezoning of approximately 105 acres from Highway Business (HB), Neighborhood Mixed Use (NMX), Urban Residential 12 (UR12), and General Residential 8 (GR8) to HB, NMX, UR12, and GR8 with a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
