On June 17, 2020, Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment (ZMA) and Master Plan for Parkstone Village. This development features 148 townhomes on approximately 16 acres in the Parkstone development, south of Village Park Drive and north of the existing Parkstone Apartments. The ZMA rezoned the parcel from Highway Business Conditional District (HB-CD) to Residential Mixed Use with a Planned Unit Development (RMX-PUD). 

In October 2021 Mungo Homes began construction on the townhomes in Phase 1.
