On September 21, 2022, Town Council approved a Master Plan and Planned Unit Development rezoning for a 143-unit residential subdivision on 35 acres at 409 Mailman Road. The development feature a mix of 33 front-loaded, 88 rear-loaded single-family homes, and 22 townhomes. The property was rezoned from Rural Transition and General Residential-8 to General Residential-3 Planned Unit Development.
A proposed Master Plan amendment is under review. The revised plan would expand the development to 295 single-family and townhome neighborhood and total 74 acres.
