On September 21, 2022, Town Council approved a Master Plan and Planned Unit Development rezoning for a 143-unit residential subdivision on 35 acres at 409 Mailman Road. The development feature a mix of 33 front-loaded, 88 rear-loaded single-family homes, and 22 townhomes. The property was rezoned from Rural Transition and General Residential-8 to General Residential-3 Planned Unit Development.
On January 17, 2024, Town Council approved a revised Master Plan and Planned Unit Development to expand the development to 295 single-family and townhome neighborhood across a total of 74 acres.
