A development proposal submitted Natelli Communities features 644 lots and 13 acres of commercial/mixed-use on approximately 188 acres within the ETJ. This proposal provides connectivity to Heartland Flyer Dr, Massey Farm Rd, and Marshall Dr, as well as direct pedestrian connectivity to Knightdale Station Park.
