Town Council approved a Planned Unit Development and Master Plan to allow Dan Ryan Builders to develop a 154-lot residential subdivision on 41 acres at Old Knight Road and Horton Road. The project also features a future 15,000 square foot commercial outparcel. The land was rezoned from Rural Residential 1 (RR1) to Residential Mixed Use Planned Unit Development (RMX-PUD).
