On August 19, 2020, the Knightdale Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan on 46.21 acres at 123 Hinton Oaks Blvd, north of the Knightdale Marketplace shopping center. This ZMA rezoned the parcel to Manufacturing & Industrial Conditional District, while the approved Master Plan was for 271,450 square feet of flex office, light industrial and light manufacturing business park consisting of five buildings.
The first three building shells are complete and several upfits of individual suites have been approved.
