The Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan to allow for a mixed-use development on the remaining undeveloped portion of the Parkstone site at Parkstone Towne Blvd and Village Park Drive. The plan consists of 290 multi-family units, a 124 room hotel, and 29,200 square feet of commercial space. The request included the rezoning of approximately 14 acres from Highway Business Conditional District (HB-CD) to Neighborhood Mixed Use (NMX) with a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
