Terravita (ZMA-4-23)

Entitlement Preservation Group has submitted a development proposal on behalf of property owners, Site Investments, LLC and 12609 Richmond, LLC, that features 245 residential units (singe-family detached and townhomes) on two parcels consisting of approximately 60.68 acres. The proposed development would rezone these parcels to General Residential – Medium Density Planned Unit Development (GR8 PUD). The proposal will require review and consideration by Town Council.
